According to a report from Israel’s KAN News, Hamas-linked operatives have been quietly training in Turkey for future strikes against Israel.
They are reportedly hiding in plain sight, using civilian covers while frequenting public shooting ranges for practice. It’s not just basic target practice, either; they’re allegedly training in tactical movements and how to weaponize drones.
Some have even gone as far as getting official Turkish drone pilot licenses to keep things looking legitimate.
The goal, according to the report, is to build up a roster of trained personnel who can be moved into places like Lebanon, Jordan, or the West Bank if things heat up again with Israel.
KAN mentioned that this isn’t exactly a new concern—people have been eyeing the blurry lines between Turkey and Hamas for a while—though the report didn’t offer any fresh proof on that front.
